I just put an order of 16 bags in, and I see 13 have dispatched. I’ve never had split packages like this before, normal? Or unexpected shortage and they had to hold a few back?
I had the same thing a while back, two boxes arrived tho’ I’d only got notification of the larger one. Must be a glitch. I’m sure if there was a shortage 
they’d have let you know.

Update, both arrived!

They would have been split up due to the size of the order, sorry if that was inconvenient. Really glad it all arrived safe and sound!
