So I set up a subscription yesterday for 2 bags on a 4 week delivery. I assumed that would include an immediate delivery, but all I can currently see in my order history is a delivery queued for the 15th November. Should I be expecting a delivery or will I be waiting until November for my first installment?
Hi - from what I recall when I first set mine up there is the initial delivery which is processed straight away and the one you see in your subscriptions is the next queued one after that. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.
You should receive a mail when the delivery is dispatched from Huel along with any tracking details

No worries, I was similarly confused with the first order. You have it under “order history”!
Cheers Phil. I finally got a dispatch email for the order. Might have been jumping the gun a bit, but I wasn’t sure on first blush.
