In the past I’ve never had an issue with my delivery, but in the one I had today I got two boxes (one with the bars and one with the powder) and both were squashed. The bags of powder are fine but the boxes of bars are also squashed and out of shape. I don’t think anything’s ruptured as a result but I’m concerned about the integrity of the bars themselves.
I suspect the delivery guys might be stacking them in a way that means that the stuff at the bottom gets squashed. Could you please make sure they’re more careful with that in future?
