Newbie experience

Kind of still new to huel, 2nd set of bags coming to an end and I have to say its a big help!

I have arthritis and often struggle to cook for many reasons. I’m also a fussy vegan and can’t find anywhere to eat out. Enter huel!

I make 2 up at a time for dinners in my blender. The most annoying thing being cleaning the blender!

Otherwise it’s also helped with feeling bloated and gassy.

Big win, thanks Huel. Any tips would be great

I would recommend a nutri ninja. Add your ingredients to the cup, twist the lid on (which contains the blades) and blend for 20 seconds. Drink straight from the cup then rinse the cup and the lid and you are good to go again. If you want to pop it in the fridge for later there is another lid provided that you can put on and it’s ready for you whenever.
Much easier than cleaning a traditional kitchen blender and I swear by it.

Nice idea! I was wondering about those I couldn’t decide if it’d make that much difference but the way you described it I think you’re right. Thanks that could really help. Especially since I don’t geenrate enough washing up to warrant a full sink for just the blender.

Great with ice or frozen berries too.

Really did make all the difference to me. Makes it so easy. As JJMC says, ice or frozen berries work perfectly. I like mine really cold so always add ice.

Hey guys… Just got my new ninja type blender… How on earth do you get the huel in without spilling it all over the place? The top is just smaller than a mug and the scoop is way too big for pouring it in

I fill the scoop, use a knife to clear the excess off the top then gently tap the sides of the scoop with the rim of the blender cup so it sprinkles in rather than all plonks down at once splashing everywhere. I hope that may help you!

I have never had even the slightest issue. I’m always shocked at the number of people who experience difficulty with putting powder into a cup!!
Are you socially distancing from your cup and trying to put it in from a distance of 2 metres?

Funny sarcasm, if you’d read or understood more its the blender cup that happens to be smaller than the huel beaker. (zero trouble with the beaker)… Pure science combining size of beaker rim and how compact the powder is.

But glad you’ve had no trouble.

If you’re having a problem than I suggest buying some scales (they are really not expensive) and using a spoon/smaller scoop.

To be honest weighing Huel is always a better option than relying on a scoop anyway.

I understood fully, I use a nutri ninja cup for all my shakes. Absolutely no issue decanting scoops of powder into it though. I don’t believe I’m doing anything special either. If I was I would offer advice but I simply tip it in.
Apologies if I offended you, not my intention.

Those new scoops are massive. Definitely think about getting some scales and using a spoon (or just half filling the scoop). Scales are really cheap and you already own a spoon.

The old scoops are a different story. They’re svelte and agile and can snipe a mug-sized orifice from across a room.

Have to agree with this, I have one and it is fantastic! Has made the Huel prepping super easy.

That’s ok I’m probably just used to the less nice forums of the Internet. I’m using my second hand to bittle neck the powder in at the moment. Maybe i just need bigger hands or you’re a magician and you didn’t realise.

Thanks for clarifying

Update- currently loving having a ninja style blender for huel! Quick washing and ready to go. Excellent! I may en take it with me when trips are a thing again. Fiddly to scoop as mentioned but so worth it!
