It does set rock hard when dried out - planning a new patio/kitchen floor?

“100 grams of unflavoured and unsweetened, classic mate, the one-point-two. Can’t get it round here anymore. Pure as the driven snow, it is.”
“Got any of the works?”
“Yeah, for another fiver I’ll throw in a bottle of unchlorinated spring water from the river behind Tesco, a sachet of salt from KFC and a sealed single-use individual tube of low-fluoride Colgate.”
