Has anyone had any success in the use of Huel to make a pizza base?

Hi,
I have done my second one with the following:
- 120g Unflavoured & Unsweetened Huel
- 180g wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 package baker’s yeast
- 250ml warm water
Mix all ingredients, let it grow for 1.5hr and use as a regular pizza dough.
