Huel crackers anyone?

Am thinking of trying to make Huel water crackers - so that I can eat it with Marmite / peanut butter /cheese etc. going to follow this recipe but subsituting flour for unflavoured Huel. Anyone tried anything similar? Any luck? I am curious as to whether they will stick together or just crumble. I will let you know how I get on.

They came out really well. I had to use more water and cook for a bit longer:

200g Huel
150ml water
1 tsp salt
2 tbs oil
Mix into ‘dough’ and rollout to about 2-3mm thick
Bake for 200’C for 20mins
Cool on a wire tray

Had with Philadelphia and Marmite and they tasted fine ie not too Huely!
