I’ve been drinking Huel (regular powder) daily for nearly a decade, and every single recipe change seems to have increased the perceived sweetness. It’s getting to the point where I may as well be eating some cheap sugary cereal (in terms of taste).
I imagine you are going based on feedback, but if that feedback is coming largely from new customers or “tell us why are are cancelling” surveys, please take into account the silent majority of your existing customers who aren’t complaining about the taste.
As a side note, I doubt it’s viable but a flavoured but unsweetened version would be amazing.
