Here are my stats for January! I’ll update each month with the updated stats. Huels (3 Scoops), Calories, Time I WOKE up, time I fell sleep, Distance Ran (kms), Time of run and daily weight (not accurate since I can’t be bothered routinely doing it at the same time).
Context: A couple years ago when I first got into Huel I dropped to 75kg but as of Dec 31st 2018 I weighed in a little overweight at 100kg so I’m looking to diet back down this year. Here’s the progress:
