A few months ago my fourth attempt to get rid of it worked, according to my GP, the bacteria is gone.
Huel helped me because it didnāt cause any extra acidity so my stomach was able to heal despite the bacteria being there.
I would say Iāve been 85% Huel for the last 10 months when I started. I couldnāt be better, Iām not missing anything, I love the taste and feeding myself is way less time consuming. Energy/health/sleep wise I feel perfectly fine. The other 15% is when I eat out, and I eat for pleasure at that point because I know my body has got and will get all it needs from Huel.
I am type 1 diabetic and have used Huel for a few years now for breakfast and lunch on work days. It provides a fixed carb content with a predictable absorption into the bloodstream. Been using Huel since 2017 I believe and about two thirds of my diet is now Huel products.
I work in a demanding role within health and social care, working as part of a multi disciplinary team to support extremely vulnerable and high risk adults.
