Hi, I had to return a box on RTD berry as I really didnt like it 
(I do love the normal Huel though).
On the returns section I says once you’ve received the return and inspected it you’ll send an email and then a refund takes up to 5 days to land.
My question is, what is the timescale between you receiving the return and then inspection before a refund is issued?
I sent mine tracked and you received it yesterday, so what’s the timescale between received date and refund processing please?
Could really do with the money asap as the purchase was out of my food budget, so now need to buy alternative

The timescale for this is 3-5 working days, we will always tried to do this as soon as possible.

No, never tried them before. I expected them to be like regular huel but taste completely different imo and I found it really powdery/chalky tasting.
At least I gave them a try 
Whats the length to return something? I ordered some huel on the 30th march and have one unopened vanilla shake whiich i dont want as would rather have the banana shake which i will order when current one runs out

We like to keep things simple here at Huel, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .
But you might well find someone here that would like to buy the Huel from you. What is it you don’t like about Vanilla? And are you talking about Huel Powder or RTD?
it just doesnt taste nice and not as nice as the banana one. ive had the banana one everyday now where before I couldnt. wish the banana one was done in the black edition.
