Hi, I’m looking for a simple way to replace flour in recipes, is it a case of, if it says 100g flour I use 100g of huel? Or is there another method?

That’s what I’ve done and it’s tended to turn out quite well. Sometimes I add a little baking powder but that’s been about it.
