Sodium in Huel Powder?

Does anyone know how much sodium is in Huel white powder 3.0?

I can’t see it mentioned on the packet or on this page

I know we need it for lots of reasons.

Is it worth taking an electrolyte with Huel to increase sodium, potassium, etc?

Thanks

One serving (100g) has 330mg sodium and 960mg potassium. If you do 2000kcal of Huel you won’t need to supplement. If you have less you need to get the remaining for someplace else.

Thanks Fredrik for those values.

You don’t need to take any additional electrolytes with Huel but of course, you can if you want.

Thanks.

So electrolytes shouldn’t me necessary if 100 percent huel?

Unless you’re doing a lot of exercise, no.
