I am curious to know about the rich colourful foods that aren’t mentioned when using Huel. From a complete nutrition standpoint it appears that people might no be consuming enough dark green and bright red fruits and vegetables?
I was under the impression the variety of coloured vegetables was a guideline to encourage a variety of nutrients in your diet.
Huel contains all the nutrients. It’s like a liquid rainbow of nutrition.
I add some powdered superfoods to my Huel - wheatgrass, Acai, Maca - just for the extra umph! I also eat a bit of fruit inbetween and have veg with my evening meal.
Yes, I think it would only really be a concern if we were just drinking oats with no other nutrients added to it.
