100% Huel Powder + Daily greens

I eat 5-6 servings of huel essential a day. I would do huel white 3.0, but it’s too high protein and I don’t want to put undue stress on liver, have that excess protein be converted into calories, and have sulfuric flatulence. I want to have huel essentials macros with the micros of huel white 3.0 because it has probiotics and antioxidants. In order to get these without the increase in protein, huel daily greens achieves this for me. What I worry is that I’ll nutrient overdose because I’m getting all of the vitamins I need extra from huel daily greens. Is this of any real concern?

could you just buy some lycopene tablets and probiotics tablets?

Yeah, any recommendations on specific ones? And how certain is it that we can supplement anti oxidants or not? Should i just eat like an apple a day along with the huel or something

If you worry so much about phyto-, micro- and macronutrients why don’t you just combine different Huel products?
Convenience should not be a problem, because getting the powder dissolved and making smooth shakes is not really convenient - use a blender, put it in the fridge overnight - at least if you prefer smooth shakes and want to avoid lumps.
Only the price could be an argument. Or allergies/intolerances.

the advice on the product page for Greens is:

Generally speaking, if you’re consuming one serving of Huel Powder (Black Edition, v3.1, or Essential) or Instant Meals and want to include one serving of Huel Daily Greens to get an added boost, we don’t see why this couldn’t be possible so long as you don’t have any medical conditions which require specific recommendations/restrictions. However, if you’re consuming more than one serving of other Huel products, Huel Daily Greens wouldn’t be necessary.

Where does it say that? I went looking for the quote.

on the Greens product page FAQ - Can I mix Huel Daily Greens with other Huel powders?

Thank you.

Looking at the tolerable upper intake limits (TUILs) for vitamins and minerals, your current plan of 5-6 servings of Essential and a serving of Daily Greens does take you above the TUIL for magnesium and zinc. I think in your case, @Uniquenospacesshort is probably right here to suggest a different supplement to Daily Greens to fill in those ‘gaps’. I can’t make any recommendations, but if you’re keen to reap the additional benefits of probiotics and antioxidants, it could be worth exploring options that only provide these ingredients, as you’re ticking all your other boxes with your Huel Essential consumption. Worth noting that vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin E are also antioxidants, which you’re already getting plenty of
