Something weird has happened!

On my last order I added a new subscription to my account and once I paid I got a strange email.

The first was my thank you for my order as per normal however, the second was asking me to create an account as if I didn’t already have one or was already ordering from an existing account. Has anyone else had this when adding a new subscription?

This may have been sent to you by accident, but sometimes customers that have a subscription don’t always have an account set up. To make sure you don’t have two disconnected accounts, please send an email to team@huel.com so we can check this out to make sure all your subscription orders are in one place!
