Source of Salt in Huel

This is not a debate on how much salt huel such have, but a question of where the salt comes from? is it table salt or sea salt?
The reason why salt has gotten such a bad name over the years is because of refined table salt that is inferior for our health. It is a myth that salt that is unhealthy for us, Good salt can help regulate water balance, control muscle and nerve function, and keep the circulatory system functioning properly.

I personally am going to start adding Himalayan Salt to my huel which has a lot of alleged health benefits and doesn’t go through the terrible processing table salt does and is clear of pollutants sea salt could have.

Don’t waste your money on Himalayan salt. It’s got no benefit at all and it’s extremely expensive.
