Sproud cough cough *ripoff*

So I had Sproud this morning. I have photographed 3 cartons. From L-R Sproud Barista, Good Hemp Barista, Oatly Barista. Drinking them chilled on their own I prefer Oatly over Sproud and lastly Good Hemp.

In coffee Oatly and Sproud were on a par with regards to frothiness and taste. I think Sproud remains frothier for the longest; hemp is not so good.

None of them curdle in coffee which is my main reason for using barista.

Sproud does have agave syrup and is 42calls/100ml. Oatly is 50 cals/100ml no added sweetener. Hemp is 27 cals 100ml no added sugar. Oatly and Sproud have similar amounts of B12, vegan vitamin D and riboflavin. Hemp has none. Hemp does have omega 3 and omega 6 the others don’t.

Aside from the logo I think it’s pretty different. Isn’t everyone’s logo two toned nowadays though? :woman_shrugging:

Tend to only use milk in things and never on its own so I might try Sproud out!
