Student/recently turned vegan

Perhaps too much water? Water proportion is very important for the taste.

I made one this morning with cocoa powder and sweetener and it was amazing! I think yesterday I kept adding ice cubes because I read it is better if it is cooler, but because it took me so long to drink they kept melting so I guess that’s why I struggled more and more towards the end.

Thank you for all the help and advice everyone!

I’m looking to buy another bottle (or two) but I can’t seem to find the link to the different bottle options anywhere!

I’m on mobile and when I click on buy the only option is to buy huel powder as far as I can see! Any help would be much appreciated!

should be found here STORE LINK

All Huel items are also available at the bottom of the Huel homepage. http://huel.com/

Wich is one of the weirdest thing I have ever seen on a webshop… You MUST have a single “Shop” link at the top of every pages, containing all items (Huel, savours, merchandising). Hiding some products is a thing I cannot understand.
IMHO, of course. :relieved:

No that weird, every additional click required loses some customers. 98% of our sales are for Huel, so we are trying to make life easier for our users.

Totally agree, the website layout is not ideal or easy for customers who could be buying more of the other products. I didn’t even know there was an option to buy other stuff separately. The option to buy flavour pouches on the Huel pack purchase page is not obvious enough either, could potentially be quick additional purchase but you have to look through all the text and then go to another page. They could definitely get more sales with changes to layout. Maybe a dropdown from top menu so you can see all the stuff available.

I think Joylent’s site has it bang on with even less clicks. It’s almost as if the thinking is if you’ve arrived at their homepage you ARE buying something. They actually have 3 different product ordering options including prices right on the front page (not even a buy now button that takes you to a different product page, you get straight into selecting options) plus there’s a button to see all of their other products right beneath. You can get to absolutely everything they sell with just one click or less. Initially they had stuff “below the fold” and there was more focus on their logo and the blurb, but that’s got smaller and the ordering options occupy more prominent page position now.

We go a new design arriving any day soon. I think you will like it.

Personally I think a new product like Huel does need some explaining, and if you saw the amount of questions we get you would agree.
