Supplements? (Vitamins etc.)

Hey guys! If I’m eating Huel at a caloric deficit, would you recommend taking supplements? I’ve never really taken supplements before so I don’t know where to begin, so several questions:

What kind of supplements do you guys take? What effect has it had on you? Any (cheap preferably) brands to recommend?

Thanks and good luck with all your journies!!

I take Wellman Plus Omega (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B017EUJWNY) although they aren’t the cheapest. I also take the Wellman Vitamin D tablets Sept-April as we get little Sun in the UK.

I’ve also started taking Tumeric Curcumin & Black Pepper capsules, and Matcha Green Tea capsules, although whether this is all needed I don’t know and could be that I’ve fallen for all the marketing!

Superdrug Men’s Multivitamin! Cheap and actually very decent, it’s always on 3 for 2 as well.

For the price I’ve not found better.

Plus it doesn’t have any iron in which is a big plus in my book.

Although new to Huel I have taken a multivitamin for just over two years now, since I was put on one whilst in hospital. They put me on Sanatogen A-Z, which I now get from Amazon for a pretty good price.
