I find the new website layout really difficult to navigate. It’s confusing and tricky to find anything.
I can see how it’s designed to lead new customers to more items and let them what’s available. But if you know what you want, or just want to have a browse it’s really fiddly and tricky
That doesn’t sound right, we put lots of hard work into the website to make it so much more user-friendly so I’m sorry this isn’t the case for you!
That was my experience too
I guess with time we will get used to, but it’s true that it feels like a mess in the beginning
I like it, it’s smooth and enjoyable to use, compared to the old one. Only quibble is I spent five minutes trying to find any way of contacting for feedback, any way at all, and I ended up here because there was no phone number, email address, contact form or anything anywhere I looked, on the mobile version. I really tried.
