Ulnar nerve injuries and huel

hi, i’m still fighting with my ulnar nerve injuries in my wrist/arm for more than 8 months.
its really depressed but i try to be positive.
its really limited for me to cook all the time, so i’d like to use huel for my meal.
but do you recommend using huel (almost)100%? - will it help for nerve healing…?..

Be careful with the shakey shakey

No more so than a healthy balanced diet. If you already consume a healthy diet then it’s unlikely to make a difference. If your current diet is poor then it will make a difference to all aspects of your health.

Huel isn’t superfood. It’s “just” food, but one which is nutritionally complete.

Hunzas & Coup both make good points there - so you may be better using a blender to make your Huel so you don’t make any pain worse in your arms and wrist. It will definitely help your diet if you are unable to make a regular healthy meal but you should also ease yourself into it gradually and not go all in straight away until your digestive system gets used to it.
