Can anyone else get to the Edit Products page from the Manage Subscription page? I’ve tried multiple browsers on multiple devices but just get a spinning wheel.
Steps:
- Login to account
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Edit Products
We’re experiencing a minor hiccup, which our engineering team is working hard to fix right now!

This issue is now all resolved. Please clear your cache and cookies and you’ll be able to make all the amendments to your subscription
