Undelivered product - no answer from support

Hi Huel,

I ordered for 91€ on the 3rd of July and my order is marked as shipped. I haven’t received a tracking number yet but my money is gone.

The command number is #785234-EU

I wrote multiple times to the support team at fr@help.huel.com without an answer.

Could you help me please ?
