Huel gone silent - Missing order?

#802975-EU - I ordered end of July and trying to track my delivery.

No tracking number supplied, though it apparently went on Friday.

No response to WhatsApp (possibly shut down due to overwhelming customer service delays at the moment).

Frustrating to just get an auto-bot response to my email follow up.

@Mark_Huel can you help? I am probably going to have to cancel the order as it may not arrive before I move address, but hoping for a last minute miracle.

I had something missing in my previous order too; what is going on with Huel EU?

I cannot wait any longer, as I am moving address. Please cancel order #802975-EU and process my refund.
