Huel ordered but not dispatched

I ordered my huel nearly a week ago 29/01/2020
and it still hasn’t been dispatched, I’ve emailed to ask about my order but I’ve not had a reply yet. Does anyone know what’s happening? Has Huel run out of stock? Have they gone bust? I’ve got one scoop left then I’m totally out of Huel. What’s going on Huel?

I’ve sent a couple more messages, still waiting for a reply. I’ve never had a problem with orders being dispatched in the past so it does seem odd.
