Lack of Customer Support - what to do?

Hi all,

Apologies for making my first post a plea for help!

I’m UK based, placed my first Huel order on the 7th, and my order has yet to arrive. (Which is disappointing as I’m really looking forward to trying Huel out! Damn DPD…).

I have emailed Huel’s customer support on Sunday, but yet to receive any response, not even to say they are looking in this. Any ideas on how to proceed?

contact them on their facebook page would be my first bet. Tim’s always there bantering with the fans. I’ll tag a couple people who may help @Tim_Huel @Olivia_Huel. Guess you emailed team@huel.co.uk

Really sorry nobody has got back to you yet. I can see we received your order on Sunday and we unfortunately haven’t quite got round to it yet.

I’ll check this out right away for you and reply to your earlier email.
