Vitamin A IU measurements

“Vitamin A 1 IU is the biological equivalent of 0.3 micrograms (mcg) retinol, or of 0.6 micrograms beta-carotene” - http://www.nutri-facts.org/en_US/nutrients/vitamins/a/intake-recommendations.html

Assuming all vitamin A in Huel is retinol (which is the level of declared vitamin A when retinyl palmitate is used), the 160mcg per 100g can be converted to IU by dividing by 0.3. This gives a total of 533.3333 IU per meal, or 2666.666667 IU per day.

If I am incorrect and retinyl palmitate is being declared instead of retinol, you are correct.
