When is best to start cutting?

I’m 19, started the gym around 8 months ago and seen a considerable difference in my body in that time. I’ve gone from 65KG to currently 79KG in that time maintaining around 15% body fat.

I don’t think it’s time for me to start cutting yet but I am also gaining fat too so I don’t want to be looking heavy in the Summer when I have gained a few more KGs but at the same time I don’t want to be losing strength as I’m not as strong as I would like yet. I’m currently eating around 2,800 calories with 9 scoops of huel a day.

When do you think is the best time to cut?
