Which type of magnesium?

Hello,

The Huel Ingredients list doesn’t specify which type of magnesium is used in Huel, I couldn’t find anything about in on the internet either. Does anyone here know if its magnesium citrate or magnesium bisglycinate?

magnesium isn’t added to Huel but is naturally occuring in the ingredients, like oats in the powder, and tomatoes in some of the h&s for example. That’s why the type isn’t specified
