I noticed this morning that the flax seeds in Huel Granola are whole, as in, not crushed in any way. I’ve heard that whole flax seeds can pass through our bodies undigested meaning that we don’t take any nutritional value from them. Is there any truth to those claims? If so, it might be worth changing that for future iterations of the product.
