Benefit of adding nuts and seeds

Hi would it be of benefit to add ground nuts and ground seeds like pumpkin seeds or does huel have the benefits of these things already?

Given that nut allergies are very common I can’t see how they could add nuts. Flaxseeds however are already in Huel.

Huel already contains the vitamins, minerals and fatty acids that seeds and nuts are rich in. As well as the protein, fibre etc.
Adding extra nuts and seeds are good for flavour and texture, add beneficial phytonutrients, and would lower the carbs (for the same calories). However, many are rich in omega 6 fatty acids, which would skew Huel’s excellent omega 3 to omega 6 ratio. Doubt this would be an issue though :slight_smile:
Good nuts and seeds include flax, chia, hemp, walnuts (all sources of omega 3’s), almonds, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts (high in healthy monounsaturates).
Hazelnuts and flax are my favourite <3
