None of the above but maybe a reason a lot of people have it. I don’t have appetite in the morning and do exercise classes and walking , yoga etc from about 9 - 10. Just to get something healthy inside me. Also find it delicious - unflavoured with a small amount of vanilla added

Just to add to my previous post - I think overall it makes me eat more as when I have it its like an aperetiv and brings my appetite on for ordinary food. Couldn’t use it to lose weight therefore - when I’m hungry it just makes me more hungry
I drink Huel to lose weight.
