"You have no current subscriptions."

Yesterday I cancelled my old subscription and then started a new subscription by placing a new recurring order. Now, when I go into ‘Manage Subscription’, it shows that there is no subscription.

I queried this with customer support and was told by Olivia this morning that she can see that there is a recurring order associated with my account, but she doesn’t know why this isn’t showing up for me. That doesn’t really help.
