Is account management down?

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else having issues managing their orders?

I get You have no active subscriptions message in Subscriptions & Orders page. Order history and payment methods are also empty.

I’ve been using Huel for 2 months like it is like I’ve never ordered anything before.

Is this same for everyone?

I think they’re fixing something in the store front.

I’ve sent an e-mail 5 hours ago, no response.
I’ve sent a message on Instagram, no response.

It’s not too hard to put a notification to website or social media. :neutral_face:

@Tim_Huel can hopefully shed some light on this :open_mouth:

Maybe it’s a change in design? It looks different now than last time I browsed around.

Sorry for the issues, we’re on it. Thread here which I will update. Going to lock this one so we just have one thread.

Can you give it another go and see if it’s all working OK for you?

I can now see my subscription but can’t manage it.

I changed quantity for the next shipment but when I refresh the page it is still the old quantity so it is not saved. Also can’t add items to next shipment, I’m trying to add a steel bottle but nothing is happening when I click the add button.
