Hi I can’t access my account.
I’m experiencing the same problem as other users have reported, tried logging in on my phone and 3 different browsers on my laptop but always get stuck on the “Fetching your payment methods” screen. This seemed to begin after I tried bringing my subscription order date forward.
Have emailed support but the automated reply said it may take longer than usual to get back to me as they are experiencing a high volume of emails so I’m trying here.
Starting to worry now as I rely almost 100% on huel for my daily meals and I need the next batch delivered this week.
Hoping @TimOfficialHuel can look into this for me, cheers.
