I do 16/8 most days too. But then I’m not a night owl.

I’m not a night owl means I don’t stay up late :owl:

As of lately, I have decreased my eating period from eight hours to six hours. I break my fast around 14:00 with some Huel Black, and I eat a solid dinner, usually a small one, between 18:00 - 20:00. My eating period of course ends at 20:00. It works well for me, and I have seen improvement in my health, weight, mental well-being, and my eating habits.

Sounds like a similar situation I’ve noticed a difference in cognitive improvement as well as energy focus and the health benefits there’s a lot to be said for it definitely :ok_hand::+1:
