2 x RTD a day

Hi,

I usually have a form nutrition shake for breakfast adding in frozen banana, ginger and cacao. Then Huel black for lunch, which I make up.

I was thinking about changing to RTD lite Huel for breakfast and Huel RTD black for lunch. I have wondering about the amount of fat I am having compared to say a lunch made at home. I am vegan. Would this be too much RTD to have 6 days a week. Normal cooked evening meal.

So to be honest this falls completely down to you and the goals you have in mind. Personally, a Huel Lite and an RTD are pretty much my go-to! The order depends on what I have on that day but have found that I’ve not run into any issues.
