A New Cookie Recipe For You

Hi everyone,

I thought I’d share, with you, a recipe for Huel cookies. It differs from the recipe provided on this website and I prefer it!

A little background:
I consume Huel for Breakfast, Snacking, Lunch, but for dinner, I have a solid meal with my partner. A problem I faced was that I wanted to take Huel with me on bike rides etc, but taking it in its powdered form didn’t really work out for me. I went through a lot of different recipes (some that tasted like rabbit food, others that made my mouth tingle). Eventually, I settled on this one:

In a bowl, mix together:

  • 125g Butter, Salted
  • 100g Dark Brown Soft Sugar
  • 125g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg

Once that’s a nice paste, throw in:

  • 200g Huel (I used Vanilla v1.2 for this)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Throw this in the oven at 180 until done.

The cookies are on the cakey side, but they’re delicious.

Here’s the Nutrition Facts for each cookie:

Any questions or feedback, let me know! I’ll add pics very soon.

Sounds great! Thank you for the recipe. I’ll be doing lots of throwing of cookie batter around my kitchen. My housemates will be thrilled!

Look forward to the pictures!

Pictures! Finally!

Made another batch this morning and added white chocolate chips. They’re going to get the bike-ability test later on!

On the baking tray, after making sure each one was 70g:

Next on my list to try: Huel Snickerdoodles!

Looks good!
