First attempt at Huel Cookies

I decided to make myself some Huel cookies.

I mixed;

305g Huel (half my days requirement)
1.5 cups of whole milk
1 tsp of bicarb
2 large eggs
I mixed it all together and covered it in foil and put it in the fridge for half an hour to forty min.

I sprinkled (a fair bit) Huel on kitchen side and rolled the mixture about and made around a dozen balls that I squished and placed on a baking tray covered in grease proof paper.

I preheated the oven to about 130 and cooked them for 12-15 min.

Were they good? I made some from a shortbread recipe and swapped the flour for Huel, but I cooked mine too long and they went too crunchy for me.

They are quite tasty, somewhere between doughy bread and a cookie, i will use less bicarb next time i think. Maybe half a tsp. I needed so much Huel on the kitchen side, i think i will use less milk as well, maybe 1&1/3 cup see how that works. Im actually eating one now as an end of day snack.
