A Positive Huel Customer Service Experience

The other week my shipment of Huel was delivered to ‘me’ and signed for, but unfortunately it wasn’t actually delivered to me. £50 is quite a lot of money so I was quite worried that I would be out of luck however after emailing customer services about the issue, I got a response within 3 hours and today received a fresh delivery, free of charge!

I must say that I am incredibly happy with my experience and glad to have Huel to drink again.

P.S. I love the new pouches. Thumbs up from me.


The Huel crew seem like a tight knit gang with a passion for customer service and delivering an excellent product. Kudos. Let’s hope Huel does not become meta, customer service always declines then! :yum:
