Whilst Huel isn’t a fat loss product per say, a number of our customers are using it to help aid their goals, as it is very easy to count the calories you are consuming with Huel. However, we should first say that we don’t believe in ‘weight loss’, but rather fat loss. Our nutritionist James Collier BSc (Hons) RNutr sums up our position nicely in his ‘Guide to fat loss’:
Most people say they want to “lose weight”; this is not the right goal. If you stop drinking water for several hours you will lose weight but you will regain this as soon as your rehydrate. The goal is “lose fat”.
