Thought I would give it a go,
only have one lot of 3 scoops in 500ml of liquid a day… normally water but thought I would try almond milk, work lunch today so i am having for breakfast instead…
the thickest thing I have ever drunk ahahaha, doesn’t even go back through the grid at the top of the bottle.
