Anti-nutrients and strength training

I follow ‘physique coach’ Menno Henselmens, who has recently written an article, Grains for your gains?

He is very much into scientifically proven facts rather than ‘bro-science’, and in this article talks about anti-nutrients which occur in lots of foods, but are particularly high in grains and seemingly are bad for those looking to achieve a better physique.

As one of the main ingredients in Heul is oats, is it feasible that any anti-nutrients in Huel could affect muscle-building potential?

Hi - I haven’t read the article, but no, the anti-nutrients in Huel will not affect the bone building potential. We’re aware of them and have taken steps to minimise their negative effect, eg like including overages and including pro-nutrients (vitamin C)
