Im type 1 diabetic and use the DAPHNE approach to insuline, carb counting basically. Is there anyone elae thad type 1 and has tried Huel 100% thats my plan and I want to see others experiences. Cheers

Hi. The DAPHNE system is very flexible, so you might be best to weigh your Huel and get the exact amount of carbs in order to dose your insulin correctly.
I am a type 1 diabetic and love Huel!
Allows me to very easily weigh my food, knowing I am getting a balanced meal.
And depending on my carb ratio for that time of day ie before or after exercise It allows me even tighter control.
