My gut is pretty bad, and I’ve been reading reviews of the Zoe app diet, and it sounds like it could help, or at least give me some points.
It includes a stool test and wearing a blood glucose monitor.
Just wondering if anyone here has done it, and if so, what it thought of Huel in terms of Huel affecting your gut microbiome and blood sugar?
Hi, I’ve done the Zoe tests. It’s great to workout what foods are good for your gut and which ones are not great for it. As for Huel it doesn’t work with the Zoe app. I tried it today and it didn’t pick up on the barcode. So I’m guessing huel and Zoe aren’t compatible.
Hi - I’m on Zoe atm and it does scan a Huel RTD (haven’t tried any of the others) but just doesn’t have any info regards if it’s good or bad for your Blood glucose, fat or gut bacteria. So it’s kind of pointless scanning it really.
