Has anyone had an issue of bad breathe after using Huel? I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I’ve noticed that my breathe smells like garbage. I’ve never had bad breathe in my life so this comes as a shocker.
Bad breath is pretty much almost always down to an issue of one sort or another somewhere along the alimentary canal. It could be related to your use of Huel, esp if you have become contipated since using it, or it could be completely coincidental - maybe you have a wisdom tooth coming through. Wisdom teeth, especially if they come through slowly, can be tough on oral hygiene. I speak from experience on this!!
I did a 3-4 week juice only fast once and my breathe was horrendous!
