Cancelling an order

I made an order today but would like to cancel it. It has not yet dispatched.

Has anyone else had experience with this? Are Huel understanding or do they not let you cancel?

EDIT: I contacted the Huel facebook page and got a reply at almost 10pm (really impressive customer service!), and they were really helpful and said it’s not a problem to cancel.

For anyone wondering why I want to cancel: it’s because I’m moving soon (though haven’t secured housing yet) and so I don’t want an extra 14kg of product to move from my old address. I’m really happy with the product and will definitely place the order again from my new address. Can’t recommend it enough to anyone out there who leads a busy lifestyle but who also wants to take care of their health!
