I’m wondering why the Chicken Alfredo flavor is discontinued for the cup meals? That was the best flavor out of all flavors. Why would Huel get rid of this???
Additionally, Huel should definitely add the Korean BBQ noodles flavor to a hot & savory pouch option rather than just the cup option. When you bring back the Chicken Alfredo flavor also have that as a hot & savory pouch option. I’m really not comprehending why that can be done for all the flavors but those two.
In my personal interest, I highly advocate for the community to pressure Huel to make these changes!

I’m sorry you feel this way! The good news is that if you’re subscribed, Alfredo will still be available for a limited time until it sells out, though we won’t be producing more. If you’re not subscribed but would like to be, the CX team may be able to assist, though availability could be limited.
We’ve removed Alfredo from the product page to prevent new customers from ordering it. While we knew some customers, like you, would really love it, Alfredo just didn’t resonate with most of our audience.
Given Alfredo’s popularity as a dish, we were excited to add it to our lineup and thought we did a great job (we’re so glad you agree!). But after nearly a year, our review of its performance—factors like re-purchase rate and feedback—has shown that it isn’t quite hitting the mark.
To keep our selection at its best, we regularly review our offerings, especially since Hot & Savory is a challenging category. Alfredo will remain available for subscribers who enjoy it for a while longer, but it will eventually be discontinued.

Really solid reason for why this can’t happen and to be straight up with you, it just didn’t work. We understand the importance of getting a perfect portion every time. Noodles didn’t get along too well with our current scoop format hence why it is in our pot format
