Chick'n & Mushroom Pasta, which mushrooms?

Which one? Sandler or Hitler? I like them both

Their best years are behind them. Sandler was good in Punch Drunk Love but hasn’t done owt good since then. And Hitler seems to have retired.

for me - he’s like Jim Carrey, does serious roles better than he does comedy.

in body if not in spirit…

I wish Hitler had better humour, he took things too seriously

OK – I’ll steer it back….

There’s also the link between the marketing call out and the ingredients listings i.e. If they just call it Chick’n & Mushroom or Chick’n & Mushroom flavour – they would not have to specify what mushrooms (whole, dried, dust etc) it is in the ingredients (as it will probably be a mix of sources), but if it were called Chick’n and Shitake Mushroom for example, they would have to specify that it had Shitake mushrooms in the ingredients – but still not identify it as an allergen as that isn’t a regulatory requirement - allergen call outs generally refer to kingdoms/domains not specific genus.

To help, this flavour uses mushroom flavouring, not an actual whole mushroom itself

This explanation is a conundrum, as the mushroom flavour seasoning does contain actual mushrooms, according to the ingredients list. Nobody expected whole (uncut/unpowedered) ones anyway.
In addition to that there are pictures of mushrooms, probably champignons, on the bag, so what is on there, legally has to be in there, at least in the EU.

Maybe Jess meant that C&M uses mushroom flavouring (mixed mushrooms) and not whole mushroom (single type).
